JEECE 2023: Dates, Registration, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus

The syllabus for the entrance exam is one of the most important aspects of a competitive examination. The latest syllabus decides what type of paper a candidate will be faced with, and it helps in a thorough prep. There are three types of questions in JEECE entrance exam - objective, descriptive, and application. If a candidate’s answer is correct, marks are awarded and for wrong answers accordingly that leave a proportionate result.

    What is JEECE?

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) holds the Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination (JEECE) to admit applicants to the state of Jharkhand's undergraduate engineering degree programmes. Depending on their JEE Main ranking, candidates are awarded admission through JEECE to BTech programmes at several colleges in Jharkhand.

The JEECE 2023 entrance test will be administered in offline format for three hours during the final week of June 2023 (probable). On the official website, the JEECE Application Form 2023 is anticipated to be accessible starting in April 2023. Only local or permanent residents of Jharkhand state are qualified to apply for the exam according to the JEECE 2023 Eligibility Criteria. Filling your personal information, uploading the necessary files, and paying the application cost are all steps in the application process. The final week of May 2023 is anticipated to be the deadline for submitting the JEECE Application Form 2023.

Possibly in the third week of June 2023, successfully registered candidates will be able to download their JEECE 2023 admit cards. The exam will last three hours, per the JEECE 2023 Exam Pattern.

Candidates can simultaneously examine their outcomes and scores. Due to the fact that the answer key has already been standardised, there is no option to object to it.

However, candidates should note down their registration number and admit card number as these numbers will be printed on admit card given at the time of examination. Also candidates should carry a valid form of age proof issued by the board from which they have applied for jee examination i.e an attested photocopy of age certificate issued by National Commission for Protection of Child Rights or an attested photo copy of birth certificate or passport with photo page showing date of birth or age certification card issued by competent authority like local board or gram panchayat etc.

    JEECE 2023 Counselling

The JEECE 2023 Counseling process will be used to determine eligibility for admission to B.Tech. programmes based on the candidates' choices made and their JEE Main and JEECE 2023 scores:

    • There will be two counselling sessions.
    • The applicants who have received a counselling call letter will show up for counselling at the designated time, date, and location in the first round.
    • The candidates must go through document verification before the seat allocation can start.
    • There will be a seat allocation and the issuance of an allocation letter.
    • The second will then begin for the more recent applicants as well as those who weren't happy with their seat selection during the first round of counselling.
    • In the final report, the candidates and the order of seat distribution will finalize the admission result.

    JEECE 2023 Choice Filling

Based on the candidates' choices, their JEE Main and JEECE 2023 scores, and their eligibility for admission to B.Tech. programmes, JEECE 2023 Counseling will be utilised to determine eligibility for admission:

    • Two counselling sessions will be held.
    • In the first round, the candidates who have received a counselling call letter will show up for counselling at the specified time, date, and location.
    • Prior to seat distribution, the candidates must go through document verification.
    • A letter of allocation will be issued together with the assignment of seats.
    • The more recent applicants and those who weren't pleased with their seat selection during the first round of counselling will then start the second.
    • The candidates and the seat order are included in the final report.

    JEECE 2023 Seat Allotment

Based on the results of JEE Main and JEECE 2023, the seat allocations are determined during the two rounds of JEECE 2023 counselling. The seat allocation procedure is as follows:

    • The choices of the qualified applicants who meet the cutoff marks are filled based on the choices made by the candidates and the available seats in the Jharkhand institution.
    • The candidates are assigned the first set of seats in the first round of counselling.
    • Then, some candidates are offered the choice of altering their institution or expertise or withdrawing from the competition, which may result in the creation of additional open seats.
    • In both counselling sessions, a seat allotment letter will be given out. This letter is necessary to move on to the next stage of the admission process at the selected institution by the deadline specified.
    • The second round of JEECE Counseling, when the seat allocation procedures are completed, is when these new seats will be allocated.

    JEECE 2023 Result

The applicants who attempted the BTech in Dairy Technology and Agricultural Engineering will receive their JEECE results in 2023 from the authorities. The JEECE 2023 results will include the exam results, including scores and rankings. A merit list for other BTech courses will be created using the candidates' JEE Main scores. If the JEECE score obtained by two or more candidates is the same, a tie-breaker option is offered. In the event of a tie, the following criteria will be used to determine the order of candidates:

    • Candidates with higher math test scores will be given preference.
    • The applicants with better physics scores will be given preference if the tie-breaker has not yet determined the winner.
    • The older candidates will be given preference over the younger ones if the tiebreaker still yields no results.
    • The candidates' first names are taken into consideration for giving the order of precedence for deciding the outcomes as the last tie-breaker.
