Develop detailed 3D MEP models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD MEP) for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and constructability.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP models into the overall building model, resolving clashes and interferences.

Generate accurate shop drawings, spool sheets, and other fabrication documents from the BIM model for MEP systems installation.
