Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable performance, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Participate in method validation and transfer activities to ensure the accuracy, precision, and reproducibility of analytical methods.

Prepare and standardize solutions, reagents, and reference standards according to established protocols.

Monitor environmental conditions in the laboratory and manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Train junior analysts and technicians on quality control procedures and analytical techniques.
