College Internship Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are limited, especially for Chemical Engineering students. Most companies that visit are IT-based. The placement cell needs to work harder to bring in more diverse companies and internship roles. Securing a good internship is crucial, and the college needs to focus more on this.
Course Information :
I took B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering here. The course curriculum is okay, focusing more on theory. I wish they had more practical, industry-oriented sessions. It would help us get better prepared for jobs. Overall, it's decent but needs improvement.
Fee Structure :
The fee structure for B.Tech CSE is around ₹70,000 per year. It feels a bit expensive considering the lack of industry exposure. There are scholarship options available, which is a plus. But still, the ROI could be better if the course content was more practical.
Faculty :
Some faculty members are really good and supportive, but others are just okay. They mostly focus on exam-oriented teaching. More experienced professors with industry knowledge would definitely improve the learning experience. Personal attention is there, but it varies from department to department.
Campus Details :
The campus is beautiful with lots of greenery. Infrastructure is well-maintained. The hostel rooms are decent, but the mess food is average. There are plenty of extracurricular activities to keep you engaged. Overall, the campus life is good and provides a balanced environment.
