A Below-Average Experience at Ambedkar Institute of Technology

  • Disinterested faculty members

  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are scarce. The college doesn't bring in many companies for internships, so you'll mostly have to find them off-campus. The college could definitely improve in this area to give students more practical experience.

Course Information :

I'm currently enrolled in the B.Voc Software Development program. The course curriculum is okay, but it could be updated to include more industry-relevant skills. Some of the teaching methods feel a bit outdated, but overall, it's manageable.

Fee Structure :

The fee structure for the B.Voc Software Development program is quite reasonable, especially considering it's a government institute. I think the annual fee is around ₹20,000, which is pretty affordable compared to private colleges. Definitely value for money in that aspect.

Faculty :

Some faculty members are really dedicated and helpful, but others seem disinterested. It's a mixed bag. Some teachers are busy with government work, which affects their availability. If you get the right teachers, you can learn a lot, but it's not consistent.

Campus Details :

The campus is quite small, only about 8 acres, and lacks a proper sports ground. There's not much space for extracurricular activities. The infrastructure is average, and it doesn't really feel like a vibrant campus. It's more functional than exciting.
