College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are scarce, especially in the agriculture field. Most placements rely on personal contacts, and the few companies that visit offer low salaries. The college needs to focus on building stronger industry connections to provide better internship and placement opportunities for students.

Course Information :

I opted for B.Sc Agriculture Hons at Amity University, Noida, hoping for a solid foundation. The course structure is decent, but the lack of ICAR affiliation is a major drawback. If you're aiming for masters through ICAR, this might not be the best choice.

Fee Structure :

The fee for my course was around 1 lakh per year, which is quite high considering the returns. Scholarships are available, which can ease the burden. However, weigh the cost against the placement opportunities before making a decision.

Faculty :

The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, always ready to help with academic queries. However, the curriculum could benefit from more practical exposure and industry-relevant skills to enhance our employability.

Campus Details :

Amity University boasts impressive infrastructure with clean and hygienic facilities. The labs are well-equipped, and the libraries are resourceful. While there isn't a dedicated sports center, the Arcadia field offers space for games and activities. The campus is well-maintained and provides a conducive environment for learning.
