College Internship Opportunities :
Anna University has good connections with many companies, so getting an internship isn't too difficult. The college also provides good internship opportunities. The placement cell helps us prepare for interviews and find relevant internships in both core and IT companies.
Course Information :
I'm doing my BE in Computer Science and Engineering here, and honestly, the course is top-notch. The curriculum is updated, and they focus on practical knowledge, which is super helpful. It's a challenging course, but definitely worth it if you're into coding and tech!
Fee Structure :
Being a government college, the fees are pretty reasonable. I think for my course, it's around ₹20,000 per year. Plus, there are concessions for first-generation graduates, which is a huge relief for many of us. Some self-aided courses might have slightly higher fees, though.
Faculty :
The faculty here are really knowledgeable and experienced. They're always ready to help you out, whether it's with academics or career guidance. Some of them have industry experience, which gives us a good perspective on what to expect after graduation. They are more knowledgeable professionals than other colleges.
Campus Details :
The campus is pretty good! We have the Ramanujam IT Center for browsing, and the library has almost every engineering book you can think of. The canteen is decent, and there's a big sports ground where we play cricket and football. Overall, it's a great place to chill and study.
