College Internship Opportunities :
The college does try to bring in internship opportunities. Companies like TCS come for recruitment, and they also conduct training programs to help students prepare for interviews. While the placement rate is around 70%, the internship opportunities could be improved to give more hands-on experience.
Course Information :
I'm in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) program, and honestly, it's pretty solid. The curriculum is up-to-date, and they cover most of the important stuff. It's a good choice if you're into power systems and electronics. The faculty tries their best to make the concepts clear.
Fee Structure :
The fees are pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. As far as I know, there aren't any hidden charges, which is a relief. Everything is as per MAKAUT guidelines. For B.Tech EEE, expect the usual college fee structure, around ₹80,000 per year.
Faculty :
The EEE department faculty is quite helpful. They're always ready to clear doubts and provide guidance. Some of them have really good industry experience, which helps in understanding practical applications. They are approachable and supportive, making the learning experience better.
Campus Details :
The campus is decent with all the basic facilities. The library is well-stocked, and the labs are equipped for most experiments. The college also organizes events like Regatta and Arcadia, which are a lot of fun and a great way to de-stress from studies. It’s a ragging-free environment, which is a big plus.
