ARSD College: Okay Infrastructure, Needs Academics Boost

Likes

  • Spacious campus with good sports facilities
  • Hygienic and clean living spaces
  • Decent library resources
  • Value for money is good

Dislikes

  • Outdated building infrastructure
  • Placement opportunities are limited
  • Academics need improvement
  • Lack of industry exposure
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are not that great. The college needs to work on building connections with more companies to provide better exposure to students. A dedicated placement cell focusing on internships would be a huge help.

Course Information :

B.Com (Hons) at ARSD is quite popular. While the course structure is decent, some students feel it could be more updated to match industry standards. The faculty tries their best, but more practical exposure would definitely help. Overall, it's a mixed bag.

Fee Structure :

The fee structure for B.Com (Hons) is around ₹150,938 per year, which is pretty standard for Delhi University colleges. However, some students feel that given the placement scenario, the fees are a bit on the higher side. More scholarships could definitely make it more accessible.

Faculty :

Some professors are really dedicated and helpful, but there's a need for more faculty who can bring real-world experience into the classroom. A better student-teacher ratio would also improve the learning experience. More guest lectures and workshops would be a great addition.

Campus Details :

The campus has a spacious building with a big library and sports grounds, but it feels a bit old. The college needs to invest in modernizing the infrastructure to attract more students. On the plus side, the living spaces are kept clean and hygienic.
