  • Affordable fees compared to private colleges

Dislikes

  • Outdated curriculum in some departments
  • Average placement opportunities
  • Need more hostel facilities
  • South Indian food only in the canteen
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are so-so. You have to hustle to get a good one. The college provides some support, but it really depends on how active your placement coordinator is. Network and apply off-campus too!

Course Information :

I'm doing my B.Tech in Computer Science here, and honestly, it's a mixed bag. The syllabus is decent, but you really need to put in the effort. If you're looking for a course that spoon-feeds you, this isn't it. Gotta grind!

Fee Structure :

The fees at CUSAT are pretty reasonable, especially since it's a government college. I pay around ₹90,000 per year, excluding hostel. It's definitely value for money compared to private colleges, but remember, fees depend on your admission category.

Faculty :

The profs in the Electrical and Electronics department are super experienced. They know their stuff, but the curriculum is a bit outdated since it's a government institution. Still, if you're keen to learn, they're always there to help.

Campus Details :

Campus life is where CUSAT shines! There's always something happening, from tech fests like Dhishna to cultural events. The campus is lively and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. Makes college life super enjoyable!
