College Internship Opportunities :
I didn't hear much about great internship opportunities. The college might encourage you to pursue further studies instead of sitting for interviews. Mechanical department students seem to have better placement prospects, so keep that in mind.
Course Information :
The Computer Engineering course at DBIT Mumbai is decent, but could use some improvements. While some faculty are good, others just read off PPTs. You might find yourself relying on YouTube for a better understanding. It's manageable, but be prepared to put in extra effort.
Fee Structure :
The fees are around ₹1.22 lakh per year, which feels a bit steep considering the facilities. For that price, you'd expect AC classrooms and free Wi-Fi, but unfortunately, those aren't available. It's something to keep in mind when considering the value for money.
Faculty :
Some faculty members are really good, especially in maths and programming. However, a lot of the theory teachers just read from the slides. I wish they focused more on explaining concepts and making the lectures more engaging. It's a mixed bag, really.
Campus Details :
The campus life is pretty good with events happening in December and January. The infrastructure is okay, but not as great as some other colleges that charge similar fees. Labs are average, but the chemistry lab is good. Overall, it's decent but not outstanding.
