College Internship Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are okayish. You'll have to put in the effort to find good internships on your own. The college does provide some leads, but don't rely solely on them. Networking and personal applications are key to landing a good internship.
Course Information :
The Computer Engineering course at DY Patil is decent. The syllabus is Pune University-based, which is a plus. If you're ready for self-study, you'll manage. It's more about your own effort than what the faculty provides directly. So, gear up to learn independently!
Fee Structure :
Fees are comparatively less than other private colleges in Pune, which is a relief. However, hostel fees are on the higher side, around ₹1.5L per year. So, while tuition might be affordable, factor in the hostel costs if you're planning to stay on campus.
Faculty :
Faculty isn't the strongest point here. They're not very well-trained, so don't expect too much hand-holding. You'll mostly be on your own, doing self-study. If you're okay with that, then it's manageable. Otherwise, it might be a struggle.
Campus Details :
The campus is pretty awesome, super green and spacious. The playground is huge, great for cricket and football fans. The canteen is also big and has a cool sports cafe theme. If you're looking for a place to chill and enjoy college life, the campus vibe is definitely a plus.
