College Internship Opportunities :
I haven't heard of many internship opportunities directly through the college. Most students have to find internships on their own. It would be great if the college could partner with more companies to provide better internship options for students.
Course Information :
I'm doing B.Com here, and honestly, it's a mixed bag. Some teachers are really good and helpful, but others just seem to be going through the motions. The course itself is okay, but could be more updated to match what's actually happening in the business world. Still, it's a decent option if you're looking for a B.Com degree in Chandigarh.
Fee Structure :
My first year B.Com fees were around ₹40,000, including exam fees. It feels a bit much considering the quality of teaching in some subjects. I wish the college would invest more in better faculty or resources to justify the cost.
Faculty :
Some faculty members are really dedicated, but others, especially in the law department, don't seem very interested in teaching. It's frustrating when teachers get annoyed with our marks instead of helping us improve. More engaging and supportive faculty would make a big difference.
Campus Details :
The college has the basic infrastructure like a library, playground, and auditorium, but everything is quite small. The playground is especially disappointing. On the plus side, there are smart classrooms, which is a nice touch. Overall, the campus is decent but could use some improvements.
