College Internship Opportunities :
While the college tries to bring in internship opportunities, it's not as robust as I'd like. You might have to put in extra effort to secure a good internship. Networking and personal projects can really help here.
Course Information :
I opted for Civil Engineering at GRIET. The teaching's decent, but honestly, the curriculum feels a bit outdated. They need to incorporate modern CAD technologies to make us more job-ready. Still, the basics are covered well.
Fee Structure :
The fees come to around ₹2.5 lakhs per year. Considering the quality of education and the job opportunities, I'd say it's a worthwhile investment. It's pretty standard for a private engineering college in Hyderabad.
Faculty :
The faculty is pretty good, especially in the civil engineering department. They're knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to help with doubts. Some of them have great industry experience, which is a big plus.
Campus Details :
The campus is decent with all the essential facilities. Labs and workshops are well-maintained. The library has a good collection of books. Sports grounds are also well-maintained. Overall, it's a good environment for studying and chilling with friends.
