GRIET Hyderabad: Honest Review on Academics, Placements & Campus Life

Likes

  • Good opportunities for CSE/IT students
  • Supportive faculty in some departments
  • Regular events and guest lectures
  • Decent software placements

Dislikes

  • Core jobs are limited
  • Fees feel a bit high
  • Inconsistent faculty quality
  • Civil engineering opportunities are lacking
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

Software companies offer good internships at GRIET. Suntech Group also provides various placement and internship opportunities. If you're in CSE or IT, you'll likely find something. Core jobs are a bit scarce, though.

Course Information :

B.Tech CSE at GRIET is pretty solid. The curriculum is updated, and they focus on making you job-ready. The faculty is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new stuff. If you're serious about coding, GRIET is a good choice.

Fee Structure :

The fee for B.Tech CSE is around ₹95,000 per year. Honestly, it feels a bit pricey considering everything. While the college tries to provide facilities, you might feel like you're paying a bit extra for what you get. Events cost extra too, which can be a bummer.

Faculty :

Some lecturers are really good and helpful, while others are just average. It's a mixed bag. The college does bring in guest lecturers, which is a plus. They try to motivate and guide students, but it depends on the faculty member.

Campus Details :

The campus is decent with good facilities, but there's always room for improvement. They conduct events every week, which keeps the campus lively. CSE and IT branches have good opportunities, but other branches might not have the same level of exposure.
