College Internship Opportunities :

The college does a good job of preparing you for placements. They'll teach you about the placement process from the year before, so you know what to expect. While I'm not sure about the average salary, I know people who are doing really well, thanks to the skills they learned here.

Course Information :

The B.Tech Computer Science program at HITS Chennai is pretty decent. They keep you updated with lectures and seminars, but you've got to take the initiative. The curriculum could use some updating, but overall, it's what you make of it. If you put in the effort, you'll get a lot out of it.

Fee Structure :

Okay, so the fees are a bit on the higher side. I was paying around 2.5 lakhs per year, plus extra for the bus and hostel. But, they don't really ask for donations, which is a plus. If you scored well in your 12th or cracked any entrance exams, you might get a scholarship, so definitely look into that!

Faculty :

The teachers here are really experienced and knowledgeable, but it's up to you to make the most of it. They're always there to guide you, but you need to take the initiative and ask questions. Some of the staff are super approachable and really know their stuff.

Campus Details :

The campus is well-maintained, which is a big plus. The labs are pretty good, and the surroundings are clean. The hostel and food can be a bit of a mess, but it's manageable. Overall, the campus has a good vibe and is a nice place to spend your college years.
