College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are limited. Most students have to rely on off-campus options. The college doesn't really push for internships, which is a major drawback. If you're looking for good industry exposure, you might be disappointed.

Course Information :

B.Tech in Computer Science at HMR Institute is decent, but it's not the best. The curriculum is okay, but you might need to put in extra effort on your own. Some of my friends felt the course structure could be better aligned with industry needs. So, if you're really into coding, explore other options too.

Fee Structure :

The fee structure for B.Tech CSE is around ₹1.2 Lakh per year. Honestly, for the kind of exposure and placements you get, it feels a bit steep. There are definitely more value-for-money options out there. Make sure you weigh your options before committing.

Faculty :

Some faculty members are really supportive and knowledgeable, but others are just okay. It really depends on the department. If you're lucky, you'll get some great mentors. But don't expect top-notch guidance across the board. It's a mixed bag, to be honest.

Campus Details :

The campus is pretty green and well-maintained, which is a plus. But there's not much to do around the college. It's kind of isolated, so hanging out with friends can be a challenge. The bus facility is convenient, though. Overall, the campus life is just average.
