IIEST Shibpur provides ample internship opportunities. The college is very supportive in helping students secure internships in reputed companies. These internships provide valuable hands-on experience and a chance to apply what we learn in the classroom. It's a great way to boost our resumes!
Course Information :
I'm currently pursuing B.Tech in Mining Engineering, and it's seriously one of the best departments here at IIEST Shibpur. The curriculum is up-to-date, and the faculty is super supportive. Plus, the placement record for this branch is really good, which is a big relief!
Fee Structure :
The fee structure at IIEST Shibpur is pretty reasonable, especially when you compare it to other NITs. For my B.Tech program, the fees are quite manageable, and I feel like I'm getting a good return on investment considering the quality of education and facilities.
Faculty :
The professors here are not only experienced but also genuinely helpful. They're always ready to assist us with our studies and provide guidance whenever we need it. Their teaching methods are effective, and they make learning engaging and fun. Big shoutout to the awesome faculty!
Campus Details :
The campus is beautiful and huge, located near the Botanical Garden, which makes the environment super refreshing and pollution-free. We have well-equipped classrooms with Wi-Fi and smart technology. The library has a vast collection of books, and there's a hospital for emergencies. It's a great place to study and chill!
