  • Good peer group
  • Affordable fees

Dislikes

  • Poor infrastructure
  • Lack of good canteen
  • Biased evaluation
  • Limited placement opportunities
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are limited. The placement cell needs to do a better job of marketing the institute to corporates. Many students struggle to find good internships. It's an area where IISWBM seriously needs to improve.

Course Information :

The MBA program at IISWBM is quite demanding. While the curriculum is comprehensive, it could benefit from more industry exposure. Some of the faculty are really good, but overall, it feels like a mixed bag in terms of teaching quality. Could be better, honestly.

Fee Structure :

The fee structure for the MBA program is around ₹1.75 Lakhs. Considering the facilities and faculty, it feels a bit steep. There are definitely colleges offering better value for money. You might want to weigh your options carefully before committing.

Faculty :

Some of the guest faculty from Calcutta University aren't very student-friendly. It feels like they're just going through the motions. However, there are a few gems who are genuinely interested in helping students. It's a hit or miss, really.

Campus Details :

The campus is pretty basic. The library and hostel are below average. Don't expect a fancy canteen or mess. It's more like a typical government college setup. Not much to write home about in terms of campus life.
