IIT Gandhinagar provides good internship opportunities. The college also has Explorer Fellowship, a 42-day traveling experience during the summer break. There is also Invent, a 6-week program during the summer break where students team up to develop inventions of societal need.

I'm currently pursuing Civil Engineering here, and I must say, the curriculum is quite flexible. You get to choose many of your courses, which is awesome. Plus, there's always a Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) course every semester, covering subjects like economics and philosophy. It adds a lot of value!

Okay, so the fees are a bit on the higher side compared to some other IITs, around ₹1,40,000 per semester. But, this includes mess and laundry, so it's kind of a package deal. Considering the facilities and the quality of education, it feels worth it.

While you can't expect every professor to be perfect, most of the faculty members hold PhDs from international universities. That says a lot about the quality of teaching here. They're knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to help you out.

The campus life here is amazing! There are hardly any restrictions, and the gates are open 24/7. The boys' and girls' hostels are super close, and you can visit each other's hostels. The staff is supportive and well-connected with foreign universities and the industry.
