College Internship Opportunities :
While I didn't sit for placements, I've heard from others that internship opportunities are a bit limited. The placement cell needs to bring in more companies. Most people end up finding off-campus internships.
Course Information :
The B.Tech Electrical Engineering program at IITRAM is pretty solid. They cover all the basics like power systems and microprocessors. I especially liked the advanced stuff like FACTS. Overall, it's a good course if you're into electrical engineering.
Fee Structure :
I don't have the exact figures, but from what I know, the B.Tech programs range around ₹1.5-2 Lakh per year. This might vary based on the specific course and any scholarships you might get. Check the official website for the most accurate details.
Faculty :
The electrical engineering faculty here really try their best to make sure you understand the concepts. They're pretty knowledgeable and approachable. Plus, the new control systems lab with smart home and drone projects is a great addition!
Campus Details :
IITRAM has a decent campus with all the essentials. We've got an open-air theater, good classrooms, and high-tech labs. Wi-Fi is okay, not the fastest. Transportation is easy since it's in a good location. Hostels are nearby with basic facilities and a common room for watching matches.
