My Honest Take on Integral University, Lucknow

Likes

  • Well-maintained classrooms and labs
  • Decent library resources
  • Supportive faculty in some departments
  • Safe and secure campus location

Dislikes

  • Inconsistent water cooler maintenance
  • Need for more practical faculty
  • Placement process needs improvement
  • Limited internship opportunities
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

The college does provide some internship opportunities, but they're not as frequent as I'd like. Most of them are off-campus, and you have to apply on your own. The college could definitely improve in this area by bringing in more companies for internships.

Course Information :

I'm currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science here, and the course is pretty decent. The syllabus is updated, and they try to keep up with the industry trends. Could be better, but it's manageable. They focus on core concepts, which is good for building a strong foundation.

Fee Structure :

The fee structure for B.Tech CSE is around ₹1.2 Lakh per year. It's a bit on the higher side considering the facilities, but compared to other private colleges in Lucknow, it's somewhat reasonable. They do offer some scholarships based on merit, so look out for those.

Faculty :

Some of the faculty members are really supportive and knowledgeable, especially in the CSE department. However, a few profs just read from the book and give notes, which isn't very helpful. They need to focus more on practical knowledge and real-world applications.

Campus Details :

The campus is okay, nothing too fancy. Classrooms and labs are well-maintained, but some of the water coolers don't work. The library is good, with a decent collection of books. Overall, it has the necessary facilities, but there's definitely room for improvement.
