College Internship Opportunities :
Internship opportunities were a bit limited, especially for commerce students. Most of us had to find internships on our own. The college could definitely improve in this area by partnering with more companies.
Course Information :
I pursued B.Com here, and the course structure is pretty standard. It covers the basics well, but I felt it could be more industry-oriented. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for an affordable commerce degree.
Fee Structure :
The B.Com fees were quite manageable, around ₹20,000 per year. It's definitely one of the more affordable options in Kanpur. They also have options for paying in installments, which is helpful.
Faculty :
Some professors are really dedicated and helpful, especially in the commerce department. They're always ready to clear doubts and provide extra guidance. However, a few faculty members could use some improvement in their teaching methods.
Campus Details :
The campus is decent, though it could use some sprucing up. The sports facilities are a definite plus, and I spent a lot of time on the field. The hostel is okay, and the mess food is surprisingly good for college food.
