College Internship Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are quite limited. The college needs to work on bringing in more companies for internships. Most students have to rely on their own contacts to secure internships, which can be quite challenging.
Course Information :
I'm doing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering here, and honestly, it's a mixed bag. The course curriculum is decent, covering the basics well. Some of the teachers are really dedicated, but the labs could use some serious upgrades. Overall, it's manageable if you're willing to put in the extra effort.
Fee Structure :
The fees for my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering are a bit on the higher side. I paid around ₹35,000 during admission, and the semester fees come to about ₹20,000. There are extra charges for exams and SLC, which adds up. On the bright side, you get ₹5,000 back as caution money after completing the course.
Faculty :
The faculty here are a mixed bag. Some teachers are super knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to clear doubts and provide extra guidance. They conduct regular class tests, which really help in preparing for the semester exams. However, a few teachers could improve their teaching methods to make the subjects more engaging.
Campus Details :
The campus is pretty decent, with clean classrooms and a well-maintained library. The garden is beautiful, and the non-teaching staff are very supportive. However, the gents' toilets need some serious attention. Overall, it's a safe and conducive environment for studying, but there's definitely room for improvement.
