College Internship Opportunities :

KIET provides decent internship opportunities, especially for CSE students. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, and the college also helps with off-campus internships. Getting a good internship depends on your skills and performance in the interviews.

Course Information :

I'm pursuing B.Tech CSE here, and it's a mixed bag. The course curriculum is decent, especially with the focus on competitive programming from the first semester, which is a huge plus for placements. However, some subjects could be more updated to reflect current industry trends.

Fee Structure :

The B.Tech course costs around ₹1.37L per year, totaling about ₹5.50L for four years. Honestly, it feels a bit steep for middle-class families. But considering the placement opportunities, it might just be worth the investment in the long run.

Faculty :

The faculty is a mixed bag. Some professors are really good at teaching and are super supportive. However, a few are just average. Overall, they are dedicated, and the focus on competitive programming from the first semester is a big advantage.

Campus Details :

Though I missed out on physical college due to the pandemic, seniors say campus life is awesome! There's a buzz around coding, sports like football, cricket, and basketball, plus drama and competitive exam prep. The infrastructure is top-notch, especially the library and Wi-Fi.
