College Internship Opportunities :
While I haven't personally gone through the internship process yet, I've heard from seniors that the college provides decent internship opportunities. They often collaborate with local companies and startups, giving students a chance to gain practical experience. It's something I'm looking forward to.
Course Information :
The Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering course at KJS offers a solid foundation. From what I've seen, the curriculum is pretty up-to-date, and the faculty seems genuinely invested in helping students understand the concepts. It's a good choice if you're looking for a course with decent industry relevance.
Fee Structure :
The fees for BE courses are around ₹1.5 lakh per year, which is typical for private engineering colleges in Mumbai. While it might seem a bit steep, the facilities and resources available do make it feel worthwhile. Consider it an investment in your future, especially with the updated curriculum.
Faculty :
The faculty at KJS is quite supportive, especially in the electronics department. They're knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to help with doubts and projects. The recent autonomy status has allowed them to introduce more industry-relevant subjects, which is a big plus for us students.
Campus Details :
The campus is pretty good with state-of-the-art libraries and lots of open spaces. There are good sports facilities to unwind. The two canteens are hygienic and offer a variety of options. Overall, it’s a great place to hang out with friends and take a break from studies.
