College Internship Opportunities :
Internship opportunities could be better, especially for mechanical engineering students. Securing good internships is crucial for gaining practical experience and boosting placement prospects, so this is an area where the college could definitely improve.
Course Information :
Studying Mechanical Engineering here, and honestly, the teaching quality needs a serious boost. Except for the maths department, most lecturers don't seem too invested in helping students. The college being autonomous is supposed to mean updated everything, but it doesn't always feel that way.
Fee Structure :
The fees for my course are around 1 lakh per year, which feels quite steep considering the quality of education and placement opportunities. It's a bit disappointing when you're not seeing a good return on that investment in terms of career prospects or teaching standards.
Faculty :
The faculty, barring a few exceptions in the maths department, could be more engaging. It feels like some lecturers aren't really putting in the effort to help students understand the material. More enthusiasm and support from the faculty would definitely make a big difference.
Campus Details :
The campus is compact but has a good amount of greenery, which is a plus. It's located near the industrial zone, which is convenient. The staff are supportive, and it's great that the campus is ragging-free. Motivational posters around the campus add a nice touch.
