College Internship Opportunities :
While the B.Tech program is relatively new, started in 2017, the Training and Placement Cell (TPC) is actively working to bring in companies for recruitment. Although there's no placement record yet, expectations are high for the first batch graduating in 2022.
Course Information :
I'm currently pursuing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at Lucknow University, and the course is pretty decent. The curriculum is updated to meet industry standards, which is a big plus. The faculty is experienced, making the learning experience worthwhile. Overall, a good choice for engineering aspirants!
Fee Structure :
The B.Tech program costs around ₹4.87 lakhs for four years, excluding hostel and mess charges. It's a bit steep, but the UP government scholarship really helps in making it affordable. Considering the facilities and faculty, it's a worthwhile investment, especially with the scholarship.
Faculty :
Most of the faculty members are well-experienced and super supportive. They're always ready to help you out, which makes learning easier and more enjoyable. There are a few exceptions, but overall, the faculty is a strong point of the university.
Campus Details :
The campus is surrounded by greenery, which is a refreshing change from the city chaos. It's a bit far from Lucknow railway station, but the location is good otherwise. The students and teachers are supportive, creating a positive and inclusive environment.
