College Internship Opportunities :
While I haven't personally experienced the internship scene yet, I've heard that MAIMS has a pretty active placement cell. They bring in recruiters from big companies every year, so there are plenty of opportunities to land a good internship. Just gotta keep your grades up and network well!
Course Information :
The BA in Journalism and Mass Communication at MAIMS is pretty solid. The curriculum is up-to-date, and you get a good mix of theory and practical experience. Expect lots of assignments and projects, but it's worth it for the skills you'll gain. Definitely a good choice if you're serious about a career in media.
Fee Structure :
The fees for the BA Journalism course are around ₹1 Lakh per year, which is a bit steep. However, considering the quality of education and the resources available, it's a decent investment. Just make sure you budget well and explore scholarship options if needed.
Faculty :
The faculty in the Journalism department are amazing! They're super experienced and genuinely care about your growth. They go beyond just academics and are always there to guide you with personal stuff too. Feels like they treat you like their own kids, which is really comforting.
Campus Details :
The campus infrastructure is top-notch, probably the best among all the IP colleges. It's one of the main reasons I chose MAIMS. The classrooms are well-equipped, and there are plenty of spaces to chill and study. The vibe is great, and you'll definitely enjoy spending time here.
