MRIET Secunderabad: Good Teaching but Needs Improvement in Infrastructure and Placements

Likes

  • Good teaching quality
  • Decent transport facilities
  • CSE department is active
  • Approachable faculty

Dislikes

  • Infrastructure needs improvement
  • More sports activities needed
  • Placements could be better
  • Lack of extracurricular activities
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are decent, but they could be better. The college tries to bring in companies, but it's not always enough. You might have to put in some extra effort to find good internships on your own. But the college does provide some support.

Course Information :

The B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at MRIET is pretty solid. They organize a lot of events, which is cool. Academically, it's decent, but could be better. Overall, if you're into CSE, it's a good option, but keep in mind there's room for improvement.

Fee Structure :

I think the fee structure for B.Tech CSE is around ₹1,24,116 per year. It's manageable, but you might want to check for any scholarships or fee waivers. Some of my friends felt it was a bit much considering the facilities, but overall, it's okay.

Faculty :

The faculty members are really approachable and maintain a good rapport with students. They're always ready to help, and that's a big plus. They could encourage more extracurricular activities, but overall, they're pretty good at what they do.

Campus Details :

The campus is okay, but honestly, it needs some upgrades. The transport facility is good, and they take good care of it. But they need to add more sports and extracurricular activities. It would make college life much more fun.
