College Internship Opportunities :
Placement opportunities are good because of NIET's location in Delhi NCR. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment. That's one of the main reasons I chose this college. So, if placements are your priority, NIET might be a good option.
Course Information :
B.Tech CSE at NIET is decent. The syllabus is designed by the college itself since it's autonomous, but the degree is from AKTU. Some teachers are good, but the quality of teaching is just okay. If you're looking for a top-notch CSE program, you might want to explore other options.
Fee Structure :
The B.Tech first-year fee is around ₹1,33,000 if you get in through counseling. Direct admissions might cost more. Hostel fees were about ₹83,000 during my time, but they reduced it due to COVID. So, keep an eye on the latest fee structure updates.
Faculty :
Some faculty members are really good and supportive, but others aren't up to the mark. It's a mixed bag. Don't expect too much hand-holding; you'll need to be proactive in your studies. Overall, the faculty is average, and you might find better options elsewhere.
Campus Details :
The campus life is okay, but the infrastructure isn't great. The library isn't well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi speed is poor. The food in the hostel is average. Our freshers' party got canceled, which was a bummer. GNIOT, a neighboring college, had a better campus experience.
