College Internship Opportunities :
NIET provides decent internship opportunities. The college focuses on getting students placed in good companies. They start training you from your pre-final year, which is super helpful. They keep at it until you get a job, even after you've graduated.
Course Information :
I took ECE at NIET, and the course was pretty decent. The faculty tried their best, but the labs could use some serious upgrades. They do bring in trainers for the latest tech, which is a big plus. Mentors from different companies also come to give us the inside scoop.
Fee Structure :
The fees were around 2 LPA, including tuition and hostel. Honestly, I wasn't sure it was worth it until placement season rolled around. Seeing the effort they put into getting us placed made me feel like it was money well spent.
Faculty :
The faculty is really dedicated. They put in the effort to make sure we understand the concepts. They're always ready to help if you're struggling. It's a mixed bag, but overall, they're pretty good.
Campus Details :
The infrastructure is okay. I really liked the A-block, which looks like a ship deck. The first-year campus is separate, so no worries about ragging. Hostels are inside the campus, which is convenient. It's not a huge campus, and the classrooms aren't air-conditioned, which can be a bummer in the summer.
