College Internship Opportunities :
The college is actively working to bring in more internship opportunities. Many students get internships in their 3rd and 4th year. Companies like Amazon and Flipkart have offered internships in the past. More focus on this area would definitely help students get better industry exposure.
Course Information :
The B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at NIT Delhi is pretty solid. The curriculum could use some updating to keep up with the industry, but overall, it's a good course. You get a decent foundation in core subjects, and the faculty is supportive.
Fee Structure :
For a NIT, the fee structure is quite reasonable. I paid around ₹40,000 per year, including hostel fees. The mess charges are about ₹3,000 per month, which is manageable. Considering the NIT tag, it's totally worth it compared to private colleges charging way more.
Faculty :
Most of the faculty members hold PhDs from reputed institutes, and they're really knowledgeable in their fields. They're always ready to help you out with your studies and projects. It's a great learning environment because of their expertise.
Campus Details :
Okay, so the campus is a bit small since we share it with another institute. But, the classrooms and labs are well-equipped with ACs, projectors, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The campus is kept clean and green, which is a plus. It would be great if we had more space for sports and events though.
