College Internship Opportunities :
While core companies might not visit as frequently as other NITs, there are still decent internship opportunities. Companies like L&T, TATA Power, and Deloitte do recruit from our campus. Students with good coding knowledge have a shot at landing good internships.
Course Information :
The B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at NIT Delhi is pretty solid. The curriculum could use some updating to keep pace with the latest tech, but the faculty is really dedicated. They push us to work on projects, which is a great way to learn and apply what we're taught.
Fee Structure :
The fees are quite reasonable, around 80k per year including hostel. The mess food isn't great, so many students opt for PGs nearby, which cost about 8-10k per month. Considering the NIT tag and the facilities, it's definitely value for money.
Faculty :
The faculty at NIT Delhi are super enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They really make an effort to engage students and help us understand the concepts. Even though the labs might not be the most advanced due to space constraints, the teachers make up for it with their teaching.
Campus Details :
The campus is small and temporary, which is a bummer. Hostels are located far from the college, especially for first and second-year students. But the infrastructure is well-maintained, and classrooms and labs have ACs, projectors, and high-speed WiFi. Sports facilities are decent, with volleyball, badminton, and basketball available.
