College Internship Opportunities :
The college could definitely do more to help students land good internships. While they do have some connections, it's not as robust as it should be for a National Law University. Students often have to rely on their own networks to find worthwhile opportunities.
Course Information :
BA LLB Hons at NUALS is pretty comprehensive. The course structure is designed to give a solid foundation in law, but it could use some updates to keep up with the changing legal landscape. Overall, it's a decent program if you're serious about law.
Fee Structure :
The fees at NUALS are definitely on the higher side, especially when you compare them to other courses like B.Com or engineering. Expect to shell out a significant amount annually, which can be a burden for some. Make sure you factor in all the costs before you join.
Faculty :
In the first year, the teaching quality is a mixed bag. Some teachers are really good and helpful, but others are just average. For the high fees we pay, I was expecting a bit more from all the faculty members. Hopefully, it gets better in the later years.
Campus Details :
NUALS has a decent campus with the basic facilities you'd need. It's not the fanciest, but it's functional. The one big letdown is the sports facilities – just a ground for now. They do host a good number of programs and seminars, which is a plus.
