NSUT Delhi: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Likes

  • Huge and green campus
  • Good placement opportunities
  • Active student life
  • Decent infrastructure

Dislikes

  • Increasing fees
  • Strict attendance policy
  • Okay-ish teaching quality
  • Can be costly for a government college
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

The college provides decent internship opportunities, especially if you're in a technical field. Many companies visit for recruitment, and if you have good coding skills, you'll definitely find something. The college also supports students in securing internships in core companies.

Course Information :

I'm pursuing Electrical Engineering here, hoping to specialize and land a good core company placement. The course is pretty standard, covering all the basics. It's a solid choice if you're into electrical stuff!

Fee Structure :

The fees are around ₹1,95,000 per year, which honestly feels a bit steep for a government college. It keeps increasing every year. While the placements are decent, I wish the fees were a bit lower considering the facilities.

Faculty :

The teachers are approachable and friendly, but they're super strict about attendance. Quality of teaching is just okay, nothing extraordinary, but they're always willing to help if you put in the effort.

Campus Details :

The campus is huge, like 150 acres! Each department has its own block. There are three canteens, a student center, and a student activity center with lots of games. Plus, there's a gym and greenery all around – perfect for chilling.
