College Internship Opportunities :

Presidency University provides PEP classes for placement preparation, which is a plus. Many companies visit, including mass recruiters and service-based companies. Last year, around 550 service-based companies came for recruitment. While many CSE and ECE students get placed in service-based roles, the overall placement rating is good.

Course Information :

The B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering course at Presidency University is pretty decent. The curriculum is updated, but it could be better compared to top tier-1 colleges. However, the course provides a good foundation, and with some extra effort, you can definitely get job-ready. It's a good choice if you're willing to learn independently.

Fee Structure :

I think the fee structure for B.Tech CSE is reasonable, around ₹3-4 Lakh per year. It's pretty standard for a private university in Bangalore. They also have options for paying in installments, which is helpful. Make sure to check for any scholarship opportunities to ease the financial burden.

Faculty :

Some faculty members are really supportive and helpful, but honestly, some don't bother much with classes. It's a mixed bag. Your peer group is what will really push you forward. So, make sure to find good study buddies. Overall, the faculty is qualified, but self-study is key here.

Campus Details :

The campus infrastructure is good, classrooms are spacious with projectors and smartboards. The library is well-stocked with books for all engineering courses and has a large reading room. Labs are okay, but a bit small for a university-level institute. Hostels are separate for boys and girls, and the canteen serves lunch and snacks.
