Likes

  • Beautiful and serene campus environment

  • Cooperative and helpful teachers
  • Well-equipped infrastructure

Dislikes

  • Hostel rules are very restrictive
  • Outdated teaching techniques
  • Limited placement opportunities for some courses
  • Expensive fees compared to other colleges
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are primarily available for BCA/MCA and B.Com students. Other courses don't have direct placement options. While I'm not entirely sure about the companies, I believe they offer respectable job roles.

Course Information :

I opted for B.Com at Patna Women's College, and it's a decent course. The syllabus is regularly updated, which is a plus. However, I feel they could incorporate more practical applications to make it even better. Overall, it's a good foundation for commerce students.

Fee Structure :

The fee for the science stream is between ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per year, which is quite expensive compared to other Patna University colleges. For B.Com, expect a similar range. It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for the autonomy and reputation of the college.

Faculty :

The teachers are really cooperative and always ready to help. They provide good notes, but sometimes their teaching methods feel a bit outdated. They're knowledgeable, but updating their techniques would make a big difference.

Campus Details :

The campus is serene and provides a relaxing environment. The infrastructure is well-equipped with departmental libraries, a central library, a research center, and a playground. The two canteens are hygienic, which is a big relief.
