College Internship Opportunities :
While RCCIIT tries to provide internship opportunities, it's something they could definitely improve on. It's best to not rely solely on the college and try to find internships on your own. Networking and personal projects can really help boost your chances.
Course Information :
The B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course at RCCIIT is pretty solid. The curriculum is updated, and you get a good foundation in programming and data structures. It's definitely one of the more popular courses, and for good reason. If you're serious about coding, this course is a good choice.
Fee Structure :
Being a government-funded college, RCCIIT is quite affordable. The fees for B.Tech courses are around ₹62,198 per year, which is a steal compared to private colleges. Plus, they offer freeships for students from low-income families, making it accessible to many.
Faculty :
The faculty is a mixed bag. In the first couple of years, you might encounter some average teachers, but things get much better from the third year onwards. Amrita ma'am from the Physics department is a gem! However, be prepared for a not-so-great experience with the Mechanical department.
Campus Details :
The campus life at RCCIIT is pretty chill. There's no uniform, and attendance isn't strictly enforced, which gives you a lot of freedom. Seniors are helpful, and there's almost no ragging. The college treats you like an adult, which is a big plus. The neighborhood can be a bit shady at night, though.
