College Internship Opportunities :
The college encourages us to do internships, which is great. They even cover some of the expenses, which is a big help. I got an internship in my third year, and it gave me valuable industry experience. The college has tie-ups with several companies, so there are decent opportunities for internships. Make sure to grab them!
Course Information :
I'm from the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch. The course is pretty good, covering a wide range of topics. The curriculum is regularly updated, but I feel they could focus more on practical applications. Overall, it's a decent course if you're willing to put in the extra effort to learn beyond the syllabus.
Fee Structure :
The fees for the BE ECE course are around 2.8 lakhs for the entire 4 years. It's quite affordable, especially considering it's a government college. However, keep in mind that there might be additional expenses for exams, study materials, and other college activities. Still, it's a pretty good deal compared to private colleges.
Faculty :
Some of the faculty members are really knowledgeable and helpful, especially those who've been teaching for a long time. They're well-qualified and have a good understanding of their subjects. However, a few teachers need to improve their teaching methods to make the lectures more engaging. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but you can definitely find some great mentors here.
Campus Details :
The campus is okay, but it's definitely showing its age. Some buildings are old and need renovation. The library is decent for studying, but the sports facilities could be better. We have a playground for football, basketball, and badminton courts, but they're not always well-maintained. The college is actively working to improve the infrastructure, which is a positive sign.
