College Internship Opportunities :

UMIT provides ample internship opportunities. Many companies visit for placements, and they also offer internships. The college encourages students to participate in various skill-development programs, which helps in securing good internships.

Course Information :

I'm currently pursuing B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering here, and I must say, the course is pretty comprehensive. The curriculum is updated, and it gives a good foundation for core jobs. It might take some time to adjust to the study pattern, but overall, it's a solid choice.

Fee Structure :

The fee structure for my B.Tech EE course is around ₹21,000-₹27,000 for the entire four years. UMIT also offers fee concessions based on caste, which is a great help. Considering the facilities and the education, it feels like a worthwhile investment.

Faculty :

The faculty is quite knowledgeable and well-versed with the latest curriculum. They are supportive and encourage us to develop our skills. Although the teaching quality is average, they are always ready to help and guide us. They really push us to do our best.

Campus Details :

The college infrastructure is beautiful, providing a peaceful environment for studying. Classrooms and libraries are clean and conducive to learning. The campus also has good facilities like well-equipped labs and lifts in both college and hostels. However, the cafeteria needs some improvement.
