College Internship Opportunities :

The college provides decent internship opportunities. Companies like Infosys, Barclays, Tata, Flipkart, Microsoft, MyCaptain, and Amazon visit for placements. Getting an internship really boosts your chances during placements.

Course Information :

The B.Tech in Information Technology at UMIT is pretty solid. The syllabus is updated, especially with the inclusion of coding subjects relevant to today's industry needs. Teachers focus on preparing students for competitive exams, which is a big plus. Overall, a decent course to consider.

Fee Structure :

The annual fee for my course is around ₹1,17,000. Honestly, during the COVID period, with most classes being online, it felt a bit overpriced. A partial fee would have been more reasonable considering the online tuition. But now things are getting back on track.

Faculty :

The faculty is quite supportive, especially if you're an average student. They encourage participation in various councils and help develop both soft and hard skills. They keep us updated with the latest placement requirements, which is super helpful.

Campus Details :

The campus vibes are awesome! It's a great mix of nature and infrastructure. The college provides many opportunities to join councils like IEEE, CSI, ACM, Roteract, NSS, and DSC. These are pretty engaging and enlightening, adding a lot to the overall college experience.
