College Internship Opportunities :
The college does provide some internship opportunities, but they're not as abundant as I'd hoped. Most of the internships are with local companies, and the stipends aren't that great. You'll have to put in extra effort to find good internships on your own. The college could definitely improve in this area.
Course Information :
The BE Computer Science and Engineering course at VVCE is decent. The curriculum is updated, and you get a good grasp of the fundamentals. However, some of the teaching methods could be improved to make it more engaging and practical. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a CSE degree.
Fee Structure :
The fee structure for BE Computer Science at VVCE is around ₹1.5 lakh per year. It's pretty standard compared to other private engineering colleges in Mysore. While it's not the cheapest, the facilities and academics justify the cost to some extent. Look out for scholarship opportunities to ease the financial burden.
Faculty :
Some of the senior faculty members are really knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to guide you. However, I felt that some of the newer faculty members weren't quite up to par. They need more experience and better teaching skills to really connect with the students. Overall, it's a mixed bag.
Campus Details :
VVCE has a decent campus with good infrastructure and well-maintained facilities. The library is well-stocked, and the labs are equipped with the necessary equipment. The campus life is also pretty active, with various clubs and events happening throughout the year. You'll definitely have a good time here.
