CUET Overview

The CUET (Common University Entrance Test) UG syllabus 2026, though not officially released yet, is expected to be based on the Class 12th NCERT curriculum. This includes 13 languages, 23 domain subjects, and a General Aptitude Test. Candidates preparing for CUET UG 2026 should download the syllabus PDF for Science, Commerce, and Arts from the official website. The CUET UG 2026 syllabus helps candidates understand the important topics covered in the subjects under specific course eligibility. The CUET 2026 exam will tentatively be held from the second week of May 2026 in CBT mode. Candidates can choose up to five subjects for CUET.

Language Section

Section 1 of the CUET syllabus focuses on languages. Candidates can opt for two languages from a list including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi, and Urdu. Questions in this section will assess:
