The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level exam conducted for admission to postgraduate engineering programs (ME, M.Tech, Ph.D.) in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other Indian universities.
