    DTE Goa UG Admission 2026: Applications open May 11–22

    The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa has opened applications for professional degree courses for the 2026-27 session. Candidates can submit forms from May 11 to May 22, 2026 (Sunday May 17 excluded) at any of the 10 designated application receiving centres across the state.

    DTE Goa UG Admission 2026 — Key dates and centres

    Application forms are accepted between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the receiving centres. The prospectus and application details are available on the official website dte.goa.gov.in . The application fee is Rs. 2,100 and multiple payment modes are allowed, including POS, UPI, online payment link, cash deposit at HDFC Bank, or demand draft.

    The 10 receiving centres include the DTE office at Porvorim and colleges in Verna, Shiroda, Fatorda, Farmagudi, Assagao, Canacona, Pernem, Curchorem and Sankhali. Submit your application well before May 22 to avoid last‑minute crowding at centres.

    DTE Goa UG Admission 2026 — Eligibility and entrance exams

    Admissions are centralised and merit‑based with separate entrance requirements for course groups. For medical and allied courses you need a valid NEET UG-2026 score. Engineering applicants must hold a valid JEE‑MAIN‑2026 score. Pharmacy applicants may use JEE‑MAIN‑2026 or NEET‑2026 , and architecture requires a valid NATA score.

    Minimum academic cutoffs are: 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) for MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS and allied health (general category), 40% for SC/ST/OBC reserved categories. For B.E., 45% in Physics, Mathematics and one other subject (general) and 40% for reserved categories. B.Pharm. requires 45% in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biology (general).

    How to apply and documents to carry

    Collect and submit the physical application at any receiving centre with self‑attested copies of your HSSC mark sheet and passing certificate, entrance scorecard, caste/EWS income certificates if applicable, disability certificate if relevant, and passport photos. Originals must be produced later for verification during counselling and admission rounds.

    For fee payment by bank deposit use HDFC Account No. 50200025323007 as mentioned in the prospectus. Payment via the DTE payment link or UPI at centres is also accepted.

    What students should do now

    Submit applications before May 22, 2026 and keep the receipt from the receiving centre. Watch dte.goa.gov.in for eligibility lists, provisional merit lists and counselling schedules. Seats will be allotted centrally based on merit and entrance scores; prepare originals for verification during admission rounds.
