The admit card download window opens at 10:00 am on May 11 and remains active until May 17, 2026 at 2:30 pm . Visit jeeadv.ac.in and log in using your registration number and password to access the admit card.
Download and print multiple copies after logging in. Verify all personal details shown on the admit card — name, photograph, signature, exam date and time, and the test centre address — and report any discrepancies to the exam authority immediately.
JEE Advanced 2026 admit card: exam schedule and format
JEE Advanced 2026 is scheduled for May 17, 2026 and will be held in computer-based mode across two shifts. Paper 1 runs from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm , with each paper lasting three hours.
Candidates must ensure they download the admit card before the download window closes at 2:30 pm on May 17 . The admit card is mandatory for entry to the test centre.
JEE Advanced 2026 admit card: what to carry and reporting rules
Carry a printed copy of the admit card along with one valid photo ID. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, PAN card, or driving licence . Candidates without both the printed admit card and a valid photo ID will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
Arrive at the test centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete verification procedures. Follow the instructions of invigilators and centre staff during entry and verification.
After the exam and next steps
IIT Roorkee will publish the provisional answer key after the exam for candidate review, followed by the final result and counselling process as per the official schedule. Keep your registration details handy for post-exam logins.
