CUET UG 2026 admit card: NTA issues hall tickets on cuet.nta.nic.in
The NTA issued the CUET UG 2026 admit card on cuet.nta.nic.in on May 5, 2026 , allowing registered candidates to download their hall tickets with their application number and password.
How to download CUET UG 2026 admit card
Visit cuet.nta.nic.in, click the admit card link and log in using your application number and password. Download and print the admit card; you will also be able to download the city intimation slip from the same portal.
The admit card shows your name, date of birth, roll number, application number, reporting time, gate closing time, exam date and centre address. Candidates must carry a printed copy to the exam centre.
CUET UG 2026 admit card: exam pattern, dates and key instructions
CUET UG 2026 will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode from May 11 to May 31, 2026 . The test covers 13 languages and 23 domain-specific subjects along with the general test.
Each subject paper contains 50 compulsory MCQs to be completed in 60 minutes . Reports on marking are inconsistent: some notices state a -1 penalty for wrong answers while others say there is no negative marking. Candidates should watch the official site for final clarification from NTA.
What to carry and verify on the admit card
Bring the printed admit card, a passport-size photograph (same as uploaded during registration), and a valid Aadhaar card or the alternate ID you used at registration. If you used an alternate ID, carry the supporting document signed or attested as required.
Check the admit card immediately for errors in personal details, exam date or centre. Report any discrepancy to the NTA helpdesk without delay to get the admit card corrected.
Participating universities, helpdesk and registration
Approximately 48 central universities are expected to participate in CUET UG 2026 counselling and admissions. The registration window remains active on cuet.nta.nic.in for candidates who have not completed registration.
