MAH MBA CET 2026 second attempt set for May 9 — CET Cell issues public notice

The Maharashtra State CET Cell has scheduled the MAH MBA CET 2026 second attempt for May 9, 2026. Registered first-attempt candidates can auto-appear; special registration was open on April 24 with a ₹500 late fee.

    The Maharashtra State CET Cell has scheduled the MAH MBA CET 2026 second attempt for May 9, 2026 , the authority said in a public notice issued on April 26, 2026 . The exam follows the same pattern and syllabus as the first attempt held on April 6–8, 2026 .

    MAH MBA CET 2026 second attempt: who can appear

    Candidates who registered for the first attempt can automatically appear in the second attempt without new registration. Candidates who missed the first attempt were allowed a special registration window on April 24, 2026 by paying a late registration fee of ₹500 .

    MAH MBA CET 2026 second attempt: exam pattern and slots

    The second attempt will have 200 multiple-choice questions across four sections: Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability. The exam will be conducted in two slots on May 9, 2026 . Reporting times are Slot 1: 7:30 AM and Slot 2: 12:30 PM .

    The CET Cell has confirmed that the second attempt uses the same sectional syllabus and question format as the first attempt. Exact duration per slot and marking scheme were not included in the notice.

    Admit card, ID and exam-day checks

    The admit card release date is yet to be announced by the CET Cell; candidates should monitor the official website cetcell.mahacet.org for the download link. You must carry a printed admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre.

    On the admit card, verify your name, photograph, signature, exam date, shift and exam centre. Report any discrepancy to the CET Cell well before the exam date.

    Answer key and result timeline

    The CET Cell expects to release the answer key in the second week of May 2026 , with the final result likely in May 2026 . Candidates will be able to download response sheets and check tentative answers once the official key is out.
