NEET Admit Card 2026: common login issues and quick fixes
Candidates are reporting login problems such as high website traffic, weak network, browser errors, captcha failure, forgotten application number or password, and OTP delays. Server errors like 500 and 503 and session expiry due to inactivity are common on release days.
Quick fixes you can try:
- Clear browser cache and cookies, then retry.
- Switch browser or device; update your browser if it’s old.
- Move to a stable network or try again during off-peak hours (early morning or late night).
- Refresh or reload the captcha; try a new browser if captcha fails.
- If the page times out, log in again and complete steps without long pauses to avoid session expiry.
If you still cannot log in, contact NTA (details below).
How to reset NEET Admit Card 2026 password and credential recovery
The NEET password must be 8 to 13 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character. You can reset your password using the security question and answer you set during form filling, via an OTP sent to your registered mobile/email, or through a reset link sent to your registered email.
Forgot application number or lost access to your registered mobile/email will make recovery harder. If your registered contact is inaccessible, reach out to the NTA helpline for guidance.
